Interaksi Polutan Dari Budidaya Keramba Ikan Di Sungai Kapuas Sebagai Kajian Dasar Pada Regulasi Lingkungan

Penelitian ini bertujuan mengkaji interaksi polutan dari aktivitas budidaya keramba ikan di Sungai Kapuas dan memberikan rekomendasi dasar untuk regulasi lingkungan daerah. Metode yang digunakan berupa pendekatan kuantitatif melalui pengambilan sampel air pada berbagai kedalaman (0–150 cm) di lokasi budidaya, diikuti analisis laboratorium terhadap 17 parameter kualitas air. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa parameter oksigen terlarut (DO) dan kekeruhan (turbiditas) melebihi ambang batas mutu air untuk budidaya ikan, yang berkontribusi terhadap penurunan kualitas air dan berdampak negatif pada produktivitas ikan. Analisis regresi menunjukkan bahwa parameter seperti BOD?, amoniak, dan minyak & lemak memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap kualitas air. Kedalaman optimal untuk budidaya ikan ditemukan pada kisaran 50–150 cm. Berdasarkan temuan tersebut, penelitian ini merekomendasikan pembentukan regulasi lingkungan daerah berupa Peraturan Daerah (PERDA) tentang zonasi budidaya, pengelolaan limbah, perlindungan mutu air, serta perlindungan masyarakat pembudidaya. Penelitian ini menjadi kajian dasar penting bagi pemerintah daerah dalam menyusun kebijakan pengelolaan kualitas lingkungan secara berkelanjutan di kawasan Sungai Kapuas.
This study aims to examine the interaction of pollutants resulting from fish cage farming activities in the Kapuas River and to provide basic recommendations for regional environmental regulations. The method used is a quantitative approach through water sampling at various depths (0–150 cm) at aquaculture sites, followed by laboratory analysis of 17 water quality parameters. The research findings indicate that dissolved oxygen (DO) and turbidity levels exceed the water quality standards for fish farming, contributing to water quality degradation and negatively affecting fish productivity. Regression analysis shows that parameters such as BOD?, ammonia, and oil & grease have a significant impact on water quality. The optimal depth for fish farming was found to be in the range of 50–150 cm. Based on these findings, the study recommends the establishment of environmental regulations in the form of a Regional Regulation (PERDA) concerning aquaculture zoning, waste management, water quality protection, and the protection of fish-farming communities. This research serves as an important foundational study for local governments in formulating sustainable environmental quality management policies in the Kapuas River area.
