Pembelajaran Berbasis Proyek dalam Mode Hybrid: Analisis Dampaknya terhadap Motivasi dan Hasil Belajar Mahasiswa Calon Guru

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis dampak penerapan model pembelajaran berbasis proyek dalam mode hybrid terhadap motivasi dan hasil belajar mahasiswa calon guru. Model hybrid menggabungkan pembelajaran tatap muka dan daring, sementara model berbasis proyek menekankan pada keterlibatan aktif mahasiswa dalam menyelesaikan tugas nyata yang kontekstual. Jenis penelitian ini adalah studi kasus dengan subjek mahasiswa semester 4 Program Studi Pendidikan Fisika, FKIP, Universitas Mataram sebanyak 29 orang. Penelitian dilakukan selama 3 bulan (Maret hingga Mei 2025), dengan jumlah pertemuan sebanyak 7 kali. Data motivasi belajar dikumpulkan menggunakan angket sebanyak 16 butir pernyataan berskala Likert, sedangkan data hasil belajar diperoleh dari tes esai sebanyak 5 nomor. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa rata-rata motivasi belajar mahasiswa berada pada kategori tinggi, yaitu sebesar 83, sedangkan rata-rata hasil belajar mahasiswa berada pada kategori baik, yaitu sebesar 78. Analisis korelasi Pearson menunjukkan adanya hubungan positif dan signifikan antara motivasi belajar dan hasil belajar dengan koefisien korelasi sebesar 0,945 dan nilai signifikansi 0,001. Temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa pembelajaran berbasis proyek dalam mode hybrid tidak hanya mampu meningkatkan motivasi belajar, tetapi juga berdampak pada pencapaian hasil belajar mahasiswa. Oleh karena itu, model ini layak untuk diterapkan dalam pendidikan tinggi, khususnya pada program studi kependidikan, guna mendukung pengembangan kompetensi akademik dan sikap profesional mahasiswa calon guru.
