Analisis Kebijakan Pendidikan Tentang Penggunaan Teknologi Dalam Pembelajaran Di Sekolah Menengah Pertama (Studi Kasus Di Mts Putri Baitul Ilmi Kota Bima)

Perkembangan teknologi mendorong satuan pendidikan untuk mengintegrasikan kebijakan pembelajaran digital demi meningkatkan mutu proses belajar mengajar. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif dengan teknik wawancara terhadap kepala madrasah, guru, dan operator IT di MTs Putri Baitul Ilmi Kota Bima. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kebijakan penggunaan teknologi dirumuskan secara internal dan disosialisasikan melalui rapat, workshop, dan supervisi. Fasilitas pendukung seperti proyektor, TV LED, laptop, dan jaringan Wi-Fi telah tersedia di sebagian besar kelas. Guru mulai aktif menggunakan PowerPoint, YouTube, WhatsApp Group, dan Google Form. Antusiasme peserta didik terhadap pembelajaran berbasis teknologi tergolong tinggi. Kendala utama meliputi jaringan internet yang belum merata serta perbedaan kompetensi digital antar guru. Operator IT memainkan peran penting dalam memberikan pendampingan teknis. Kesimpulannya, kebijakan ini berdampak positif terhadap efektivitas pembelajaran dan perlu ditindaklanjuti melalui pelatihan rutin, evaluasi berkelanjutan, serta peningkatan sarana dan prasarana.
