Pengaruh Model Pembelajaran Berbasis Masalah Terhadap Kemampuan Berpikir Kritis Siswa Kelas V SD Pada Mata Pelajaran Pendidikan Pancasila

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh model pembelajaran berbasis masalah terhadap kemampuan berpikir kritis siswa kelas V SD pada mata pelajaran Pendidikan Pancasila. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian eksperimen semu (Quasi-Experimental Design) dengan desain Nonequivalent Control Group Design. Teknik penentuan sampel yang digunakan adalah Non-Probability Sampling dengan jenis Sampling Jenuh. Sampel pada penelitian ini adalah seluruh peserta didik kelas V di SDN 11 Cakranegara dengan kelas V-A berjumlah 24 orang dan kelas V-B berjumlah 26 orang. Hasil analisis data menunjukkan bahwa model pembelajaran berbasis masalah memberikan pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap kemampuan berpikir kritis siswa, yang dibuktikan dengan hasil uji hipotesis Mann-Whitney U dengan nilai signifikansi (Asymp. Sig. 2-tailed) sebesar < 0,001 (lebih kecil dari 0,05). Besarnya pengaruh tersebut juga terlihat dari perbedaan skor melalui uji N-Gain, di mana kelompok eksperimen mencapai skor G = 0.72 masuk dalam kategori (tinggi), yang secara signifikan melampaui kelompok kontrol. Dengan demikian, dapat disimpulkan bahwa penerapan model Problem Based Learning sangat efektif dalam memengaruhi kemampuan berpikir kritis siswa pada mata pelajaran Pendidikan Pancasila.
