Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi implementasi program imtaq dalam membentuk civic disposition serta apa saja faktor pendukung dan penghambat dalam penerapannya. Penelitian ini menggunakan teknik kualitatif dengan jenis deskriptif kualitatif dan data diperoleh melalui observasi, wawancara, serta dokumentasi. Pada penelitian ini reduksi data dan penyajian data digunakan untuk menarik kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa implementasi program imtaq dilaksanakan melalui kegiatan keagamaan rutin setiap minggu, pembiasaan sikap religius dan sosial, serta keteladanan guru dalam menanamkan nilai moral dan spiritual. Program ini tidak hanya memperkuat keimanan sesuai keyakinan masing-masing siswa, tetapi juga menumbuhkan civic disposition berupa sikap toleran, disiplin, tanggung jawab. Faktor pendukung keberhasilan program meliputi dukungan sekolah, sarana dan prasarana yang memadai, serta keterlibatan aktif siswa. Adapun faktor penghambatnya adalah keterbatasan waktu pelaksanaan dan penyesuaian jadwal guru piket yang terkadang berbenturan. Dengan demikian, implementasi program imtaq terbukti berperan penting dalam membentuk civic disposition siswa di lingkungan sekolah yang beragam agama, melalui pendekatan pembiasaan nilai, keteladanan, serta penguatan karakter berbasis spiritualitas dan toleransi.
