This study aims to analyze the influence of Digital Competence and Organizational Support on Employee Performance, with Work–Life Balance as a moderating variable, at the Criminal Statistical Data and Information Technology Division of the High Prosecutor’s Office in West Papua. This research is motivated by the increasing demand for digital skills among employees in managing criminal statistical data, as well as the necessity of organizational support and work–life balance to maintain optimal performance. A quantitative approach was employed using a survey method, with questionnaires distributed to 98 employees as respondents. Data were analyzed using multiple linear regression and Moderated Regression Analysis (MRA) to examine direct effects and moderating effects among variables. The results indicate that digital competence has a positive and significant effect on employee performance prior to the inclusion of the moderating variable. Organizational support also demonstrates a positive and significant effect on performance in the initial model. Furthermore, work–life balance significantly moderates the relationship between digital competence and employee performance, where the influence of digital competence becomes stronger and significant when employees possess a high level of work–life balance. Work–life balance also moderates the effect of organizational support on performance, as indicated by the significance of the X2*Z interaction and the disappearance of the direct effect of organizational support after the moderator is included. Thus, work–life balance serves as a crucial moderator that enhances the influence of digital competence and organizational support on employee performance.
