Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh model pembelajaran Value Clarification Technique (VCT) berbantuan media Puzzle terhadap hasil belajar PPKn siswa kelas IV SDN 20 Ampenan tahun ajaran 2024/2025. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan jenis quasi experimental dan desain nonequivalent control group design. Populasi penelitian adalah seluruh siswa kelas IV yang berjumlah 50 siswa. Sampel ditentukan menggunakan teknik sampling jenuh, sehingga kelas IVA (25 siswa) sebagai kelas eksperimen dan kelas IVB (25 siswa) sebagai kelas kontrol. Instrumen penelitian berupa tes hasil belajar (pretest-posttest) yang telah diuji validitas dan reliabilitasnya. Teknik analisis data menggunakan uji normalitas (Shapiro-Wilk), uji homogenitas (Levene's test), dan uji hipotesis (independent sample t-test) dengan bantuan SPSS versi 25. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa rata-rata posttest kelas eksperimen (78,24) lebih tinggi dibanding kelas kontrol (53,28). Hasil uji hipotesis diperoleh nilai t-hitung = 5,481 > t-tabel = 2,011 dengan signifikansi 0,000 < 0,05, sehingga H₀ ditolak. Dengan demikian, model pembelajaran VCT berbantuan media Puzzle berpengaruh signifikan terhadap hasil belajar PPKn siswa kelas IV SDN 20 Ampenan.
