Total biaya penanganan sebesar Rp 2.835.054.528,34 (termasuk PPN 12%).
The Tamiang Layang–Ampah road section (Simpang Naneng–Tamiang Layang) in East Barito Regency, with a length of approximately 15.3 km and flexible pavement, has experienced various damages such as potholes, alligator cracking, edge cracking, and surface deterioration. These damages are caused by traffic loads, material quality, weather conditions, and inadequate drainage. This study aims to identify the types and levels of damage, determine appropriate treatment methods, and estimate the repair cost (RAB) as a basis for decision-making. The study was conducted through visual surveys from STA 0+000 to STA 15+000, divided into 1,000 m segments. Data collected include the type, dimensions, and severity levels (Low/Medium/High) of damage. The analysis used the PCI method (ASTM D 6433-07) and the Bina Marga IKP method (Pd 01-2016-B) by calculating Density, DV, TDV, and CDV to obtain PCI and IKP values (PCI/IKP = 100 – CDV). The cost estimation (RAB) was prepared using Bina Marga AHSP and local unit prices. The results show an average value of 45.13 (Poor) from both methods, indicating poor road condition. The dominant damages are potholes (224.27 m²), raveling (74.68 m²), and alligator cracking (56.33 m²). The recommended treatments are structural patching, local reconstruction (STA 1+000–2+000 and 3+000–4+000), and structural overlay (STA 7+000–8+000). The total estimated cost is IDR 2,835,054,528.34 (including 12% VAT).
