Pemahaman konsep merupakan kemampuan fundamental yang menjadi landasan penguasaan materi matematika di sekolah dasar. Namun, berdasarkan observasi awal di Gugus 6 Cakranegara, pemahaman konsep siswa masih rendah, khususnya pada operasi hitung perkalian. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe Teams Games Tournament (TGT) berbantuan media kantong perkalian terhadap pemahaman konsep matematika siswa kelas IV SDN Gugus 6 Cakranegara. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan desain quasi experiment nonequivalent control group design. Sampel berjumlah 48 siswa (24 eksperimen, 24 kontrol) yang dipilih dengan purposive sampling. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan tes pemahaman konsep matematika. Data dianalisis melalui uji normalitas, homogenitas, dan independent sample t-test. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan rata-rata posttest kelas eksperimen (84,50) lebih tinggi dibandingkan kontrol (72,30), dengan peningkatan masing-masing 24,25 dan 13,55. Hasil uji hipotesis memperoleh nilai signifikansi 0,000 (p < 0,05), yang berarti H₀ ditolak dan Ha diterima. Uji effect size dengan Cohen's d menghasilkan nilai 0,72 (kategori sedang), yang menunjukkan pengaruh cukup kuat. Temuan ini berimplikasi bahwa model TGT berbantuan media konkret dapat dijadikan alternatif strategi pembelajaran matematika di sekolah dasar. Dengan demikian, terdapat pengaruh signifikan model TGT berbantuan media kantong perkalian terhadap pemahaman konsep matematika siswa kelas IV SDN Gugus 6 Cakranegara.
