Sistem Kontrol Level Air Satu Tangki Berbasis Kontrol PID dengan Anti Windup

Sistem kontrol level air merupakan materi penting dalam pembelajaran otomasi dan kontrol proses di pendidikan vokasi. Namun, keterbatasan media praktikum yang representatif menyebabkan mahasiswa kesulitan memahami konsep pengendalian level fluida, khususnya penerapan kontrol Proportional-Integral-Derivative (PID) dan fenomena integral windup. Penelitian ini bertujuan merancang dan membangun trainer sistem kontrol level air satu tangki berbasis kontrol PID dengan mekanisme anti-windup sebagai media pembelajaran praktikum. Sistem menggunakan mikrokontroler Arduino Uno, sensor ultrasonik HC-SR04 untuk pengukuran real-time, pompa DC 12V sebagai aktuator, serta platform MATLAB untuk visualisasi data. Parameter PID yang digunakan adalah Kp=2,5, Ki=0,8, dan Kd=0,1 yang diperoleh melalui metode trial-error dengan periode sampling 100 ms. Pengujian dilakukan pada setpoint 10 cm dan 5 cm masing-masing sepuluh kali percobaan. Hasil menunjukkan sistem mencapai steady-state pada kedua setpoint dengan error rata-rata 0,06 cm untuk setpoint 10 cm dan 0,08 cm untuk setpoint 5 cm, serta waktu settling rata-rata 45 detik dan 38 detik. Mekanisme anti-windup terbukti efektif mencegah akumulasi integral berlebih, yang teridentifikasi ketika nilai PWM turun ke 0 untuk mencegah overshoot pada pengujian setpoint 5 cm. Trainer yang dikembangkan terbukti layak sebagai media pembelajaran sistem kontrol proses di pendidikan vokasi.
