Pembelajaran Konsep Dasar IPA di perguruan tinggi memerlukan inovasi model yang mampu mengintegrasikan proses ilmiah, dukungan belajar, dan konteks budaya lokal secara terpadu. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis validitas Model Inkuiri Scaffolding Terintegrasi Kearifan Lokal Sasambo sebagai inovasi pembelajaran Konsep Dasar IPA. Penelitian menggunakan metode Research and Development dengan adaptasi model ADDIE. Tahap pengembangan meliputi perancangan komponen model, penyusunan sintaks, dan validasi ahli. Validasi melibatkan 6 validator untuk menilai aspek Content--Needs, Content--State-of-the-art, dan Construct Validity menggunakan indeks Aiken's V, sedangkan konsistensi penilaian dianalisis melalui Percentage of Agreement. Hasil menunjukkan rata-rata validitas keseluruhan sebesar 0,85 dengan kategori sangat valid. Secara rinci, Content--Needs memperoleh 0,86, Content--State-of-the-art sebesar 0,85, dan Construct Validity sebesar 0,85. Nilai Percentage of Agreement mencapai 97,50% dengan kategori reliabel. Temuan menunjukkan bahwa model memiliki kesesuaian dengan kebutuhan pembelajaran, perkembangan teori, serta keterkaitan antarkomponen. Model dinyatakan valid dan reliabel sehingga layak diimplementasikan dalam pembelajaran Konsep Dasar IPA. Model Inkuiri Scaffolding Terintegrasi Kearifan Lokal Sasambo diharapkan membentuk pembelajaran yang sistematis, kontekstual, dan bermakna serta mendukung pengalaman belajar mahasiswa di perguruan tinggi, sehingga dapat menjadi alternatif pembelajaran yang sistematis, kontekstual, dan bermakna bagi mahasiswa.
