Hasil diskusi tim litbang BRIDA, tim dosen FKIP bersama guru-guru didapatkan beberapa permasalahan yang dihadapi guru dalam melakukan penulisan penelitian tindakan kelas (PTK) yaitu faktor waktu atau kesibukan, sebagian besar guru belum memahami tentang sistematika penulisan yang sesuai dengan karya ilmiah khususnya penelitian tindakan kelas, referensi atau rujukan yang digunakan masih berpatokan pada buku sedangkan sumber rujukan berupa jurnal ilmiah belum dimanfaatkan secara maksimal, dan masih kurangnya pemahaman strategi paraphrase. Adapun tujuan dari kegiatan ini yaitu terselenggaranya kegiatan pelatihan dan pendampingan kepada guru untuk meningkatkan kemampuan menulis penelitian tindakan kelas (PTK). Metode yang digunakan pada pengabdian ini yaitu sosialisasi dan desiminasi berupa penyampaian infromasi program klinik penelitian, penyampaian materi tentang sistematika penulisan karya ilmiah, strategi melakukan publikasi melalui pelatihan dan pendampingan langsung. Hasil yang didapatkan dalam kegiatan ini mendapatkan respon positif dari guru-guru sekolah dengan adanya tindak lanjut dalam bentuk pendampingan langsung melalui penulisan karya ilmiah berupa penelitian tindakan kelas (PTK) ke guru-guru sekolah sehingga permasalahan penulisan dan penelitian lebih mudah dipahami.

The results of the discussion by the BRIDA team, the FKIP lecturer team the teachers found several problems faced by teachers in writing class action research (PTK), namely the time or busyness factor, most teachers did not understand the systematics of writing in accordance with scientific work, especially action research class, references or references used are still based on books while referencing sources in the form of scientific journals have not been utilized optimally, and there is still a lack of understanding of paraphrasing strategies. This activity aims to organize training and mentoring activities for teachers to improve their ability to write classroom action research (CAR). The method used in this service is socialization and dissemination in the form of conveying information on research clinical programs, delivering material on the systematics of writing scientific papers, and strategies for carrying out publications through training and direct assistance. The results obtained in this activity received a positive response from school teachers with follow-up in the form of direct assistance through writing scientific papers in the form of classroom action research (CAR) to school teachers so that writing and research problems were easier to understand
