Pengembangan Ekonomi Kreatif Berbasis Kearifan Lokal Menuju Pariwisata Berkelanjutan

Kreativitas, inovasi serta keterampilan sangat diperlukan sebagai bentuk pengembangan ekonomi kreatif, dimana cara ini merupakan salah satu cara agar bisa bersaing dalam bisnis. Pengembangan bisnis dapat dilakukan melalui pemanfaatan sumber daya yang semakin tidak terbatas dimana secara tidak langsung akan berdampak pada peningkatan nilai ekonomi dari yang tidak bernilai menjadi nilai ekonomi yang tinggi. Pengembangan ini disebut dengan pengembangan ekonomi kreatif. PKm ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan dan menggali potensi, pemetaan, dan manajemen usaha pariwisata, potensi pelatihan yang dibutuhkan dan strategi pemasaran produk di Desa Masingi. Hasil PKm menunjukkan bahwa sektor wisata kuliner sebanyak 25%, wisata alam sebanyak 20%, perikanan sebanyak 25% merupakan skala prioritas untuk dikembangkan di Desa Masaingi, adapun sektor lain yang menjadi peluang untuk dikembangkan yaitu pertanian 10%, Perkebunan sebesar 15%, dan ekowisata sebesar 5 %. Adapun pelatihan yang dibutuhkan dalam mengembangkan potensi ini yaitu pelatihan pengembangan produk wisata seperti kuliner, pelatihan manajemen pariwisata, dan pelatihan digitalisasi dan pemasaran produk local.
Creative Economy Development Based on Local Wisdom Towards Sustainable Tourism
Abstract
Creativity, innovation and skills are needed as a form of creative economic development, which is one way to compete in business. Business development can be done through the utilization of increasingly unlimited resources which will indirectly have an impact on increasing economic value from no value to high economic value. This development is called creative economic development. This PKm aims to increase knowledge and explore the potential, mapping, and management of tourism businesses, potential training needed and product marketing strategies in Masingi Village. The PKm results show that the culinary tourism sector by 25%, nature tourism by 20%, fisheries by 25% is a priority scale to be developed in Masaingi Village, while other sectors that are opportunities to be developed are agriculture by 10%, plantations by 15%, and ecotourism by 5%. The training needed in developing this potential is training in the development of tourism products such as culinary, tourism management training, and training in digitalization and marketing of local products.
