Abstract

Teaching Material Video Production Training In Responding To Learning Challenges In The Vuca Era

The era of VUCA (Volatility, Uncertainty, Complexity, Ambiguity) faced by students today needs to be answered through deliberately structured education to make it happen. One of them is the ability of educators to produce videos as ordered teaching materials, taking into account the learning objectives to be achieved. This training is different from training on tools for making learning videos which emphasizes the operation of tools, but this training will provide basic concepts in processing learning videos. It is essential because the mastery of tools becomes meaningless if the basic concepts of video processing are not mastered. With lecture and discussion methods, workshops, and evaluations of 42 teachers who are members of the East Java Biology MGMP, in general, the results show that; 1) the results of the training on making learning videos produced by the participants were rated very good by 29%, and good by 44%. This means that the results of the training can be said to be quite successful. 2) the process of implementing the training is considered very good and good, although some are considered less good by 5%.
