This community service is intended for the community in Tulungagung. The number of people involved in this activity was 30 people. The target of this education is the entire community in Tulungagung. The stages applied in the implementation of this service are divided into preparation, implementation and evaluation. Methods of data collection is done by pre and post test. The stigma assessment of PLHIV has changed, before the implementation of health education most (69.9%) of the community had a high (negative) stigma against PLHIV. After health education was carried out, the community's (negative) stigma decreased to 47.2%. Thus, it can be seen that the community's stigma towards PLHIV, which is in the low category, has increased by 22.7%.
