Tingkat Keterampilan Dasar Bola Voli Peserta Ekstrakurikuler di SMK Negeri 2 Selong

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh belum adanya pengukuran keterampilan dasar bola voli pada peserta ekstrakurikuler SMK Negeri 2 Selong, sehingga program latihan belum sepenuhnya berbasis data. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui tingkat keterampilan dasar bola voli siswa, meliputi passing bawah, servis atas, dan smash. Penelitian menggunakan metode deskriptif kuantitatif dengan pendekatan tes keterampilan. Populasi penelitian adalah seluruh siswa putra peserta ekstrakurikuler bola voli yang berjumlah 20 orang dan seluruhnya dijadikan sampel melalui total sampling. Data dikumpulkan melalui tes passing bawah, servis atas, dan smash, kemudian dianalisis menggunakan statistik deskriptif berupa skor minimum, maksimum, rata-rata, standar deviasi, frekuensi, dan persentase. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa passing bawah relatif lebih baik, servis atas paling rendah, sedangkan smash berada pada kategori sedang hingga tinggi. Penelitian menyimpulkan bahwa keterampilan siswa belum merata.
Basic Volleyball Skill Levels of Extracurricular Participants at SMK Negeri 2 Selong
Abstract
This study was motivated by the absence of basic volleyball skill assessment among extracurricular participants at SMK Negeri 2 Selong, causing the training program to be insufficiently data-based. This study aimed to determine students’ basic volleyball skill levels, including underhand passing, overhand service, and smash. The research used a descriptive quantitative method with a skill-test approach. The population consisted of all 20 male students participating in the volleyball extracurricular program, and all were selected as samples using total sampling. Data were collected through underhand passing, overhand service, and smash tests, then analyzed using descriptive statistics, including minimum score, maximum score, mean, standard deviation, frequency, and percentage. The results showed that underhand passing was relatively better, overhand service was the lowest skill, while smash tended to be in the moderate to high categories. The study concludes that students’ basic volleyball skills were uneven.
