Penerapan Model Pembelajaran Kooperatif Tipe Numbered Head Together untuk Meningkatkan Hasil Belajar Passing Bawah Bola Voli Siswa SMP

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh rendahnya hasil belajar passing bawah bola voli siswa kelas VII SMPN 7 Komodo akibat pembelajaran yang masih berpusat pada guru dan kurang memberi kesempatan praktik. Penelitian ini bertujuan meningkatkan hasil belajar passing bawah bola voli melalui model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe Numbered Head Together (NHT). Metode penelitian menggunakan Penelitian Tindakan Kelas dalam dua siklus, masing-masing terdiri atas perencanaan, tindakan, observasi, dan refleksi. Subjek penelitian adalah 33 siswa kelas VII. Data dikumpulkan melalui tes kognitif, observasi afektif, rubrik psikomotor, dan dokumentasi, kemudian dianalisis menggunakan rata-rata dan persentase ketuntasan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan nilai rata-rata meningkat dari 68,69 pada siklus I menjadi 72,49 pada siklus II, sedangkan ketuntasan meningkat dari 57,57% menjadi 81,81%. Disimpulkan bahwa NHT meningkatkan hasil belajar passing bawah.
The Implementation of the Numbered Head Together Cooperative Learning Model to Improve Junior High School Students’ Volleyball Underhand Passing Learning Outcomes
Abstract
This study was motivated by the low volleyball underhand passing learning outcomes of seventh-grade students at SMPN 7 Komodo due to teacher-centered instruction and limited practice opportunities. This study aimed to improve students’ volleyball underhand passing learning outcomes through the Numbered Head Together (NHT) cooperative learning model. The method used was Classroom Action Research conducted in two cycles, each consisting of planning, action, observation, and reflection. The subjects were 33 seventh-grade students. Data were collected through cognitive tests, affective observation, psychomotor rubrics, and documentation, then analyzed using mean scores and mastery percentages. The results showed that the class mean increased from 68.69 in cycle I to 72.49 in cycle II, while learning mastery increased from 57.57% to 81.81%. It can be concluded that NHT improves underhand passing learning outcomes.
