Minat Siswa Kelas X SMAN 1 Sakra terhadap Olahraga Bulutangkis

Ketersediaan GOR bulutangkis di SMAN 1 Sakra belum diikuti oleh pemanfaatan yang optimal oleh siswa kelas X. Penelitian ini bertujuan mendeskripsikan minat siswa terhadap olahraga bulutangkis berdasarkan indikator perhatian, rasa senang, aktivitas, peran teman, fasilitas, dan lingkungan. Penelitian menggunakan desain survei deskriptif kuantitatif. Data dikumpulkan melalui angket Google Form berisi 24 item dengan skala Likert. Setelah data cleaning, 75 respons valid dianalisis menggunakan statistik deskriptif berupa frekuensi, persentase, mean, median, modus, dan standar deviasi. Hasil menunjukkan minat siswa berada pada kategori sedang dengan mean 54,94, median 54,00, modus 48,00, dan standar deviasi 13,716. Indikator tertinggi adalah fasilitas sebesar 70,75%, diikuti aktivitas 70,58%, sedangkan indikator terendah adalah perhatian sebesar 60,60%. Penelitian menyimpulkan bahwa siswa memiliki kecenderungan positif terhadap bulutangkis, tetapi minatnya belum kuat.
Interest of Tenth-Grade Students at SMAN 1 Sakra in Badminton
Abstract
The availability of a badminton sports hall at SMAN 1 Sakra has not been followed by optimal use among tenth-grade students. This study aimed to describe students’ interest in badminton based on attention, enjoyment, activity, peer role, facilities, and environment indicators. A descriptive quantitative survey design was used. Data were collected through a 24-item Google Form questionnaire using a Likert scale. After data cleaning, 75 valid responses were analyzed using descriptive statistics, including frequency, percentage, mean, median, mode, and standard deviation. The results showed that students’ interest was in the moderate category, with a mean of 54.94, median of 54.00, mode of 48.00, and standard deviation of 13.716. The highest indicator was facilities at 70.75%, followed by activity at 70.58%, while the lowest indicator was attention at 60.60%. The study concludes that students show a positive tendency toward badminton, but their interest is not yet strong.
