Kesehatan Reproduksi Remaja, Edukasi Partisipatif, Talkshow, Indonesia Emas 2045Abstract
Adolescent Reproductive Health Education Towards Golden Indonesia 2025: Talkshow and Lecture for SMA Negeri 3 Semarang Student
Adolescent reproductive health is a fundamental aspect of human development in achieving the Golden Indonesia 2045 vision. Effective and youth-friendly education is essential to enhance knowledge and foster responsible attitudes toward sexual and reproductive health. This community service activity was implemented through an interactive talkshow and lecture involving 59 students of SMA Negeri 3 Semarang. Evaluation was conducted using pre-test and post-test assessments to measure participants’ knowledge improvement. Results showed an increase in average scores from 80 to 93 for male students and from 86 to 93 for female students. A non-authoritarian and participatory approach proved effective in creating an inclusive learning environment, enabling open dialogue and reducing the stigma surrounding reproductive issues. The talkshow format successfully facilitated active student engagement and encouraged confidence in addressing sensitive topics. Despite challenges such as limited time and technical issues, this activity demonstrated that open-communication-based education supported by community involvement is highly relevant in enhancing adolescent reproductive health literacy. It is recommended that similar programs be conducted regularly with continued school-based mentoring models to ensure long-term impact.
