Tujuan gelar teknologi pembuatan Urea Molases Mineral Garam Blok (UMMGB) untuk meningkatkan motivasi peternak muda dalam bidang agribisnis sapi potong di Pulau Lombok. Mitra dalam pelaksanaan gelar teknologi adalah kelompok milenial calon wirausaha agribisnis sapi potong di Pulau Lombok. Metode yang digunakan dalam pelaksanaan pengabdian kepada masyarakat adalah gelar teknologi yang dikombinasi dengan kegiatan penyuluhan tatap muka langsung dan penyebaran lembaran informasi pembuatan UMMGB. Hasil pengabdian kepada masyarakat melalui gelar teknologi menunjukkan tingkat pengetahuan peserta gelar meningkat sangat nyata dari 13,79% menjadi 91,38%. Jumlah peserta yang terampil dalam membuat UMMGB juga meningkat dari 12,07% meningkat menjadi 86,21%, bahkan seluruh peserta gelar mau membuat UMMGB setelah mengikuti kegiatan gelar teknologi. Simpulannya gelar teknologi merupakan metode diseminasi teknologi baru yang sangat efektif untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan, keterampilan dan sikap/minat milenial calon wirausaha agribisnis sapi potong dalam pembuatan Urea Molases Mineral Garam Blok (UMMGB) sebagai pakan tambahan sapi potong. Pelaksanaan gelar teknologi pembuatan UMMGB direkomendasi untuk disebarluaskan sebagai teknologi baru untuk meningkatkan kualiatas pakan sapi potong
Showcase Technology for Making Urea Mineral Molasses Salt Block for Millennial Candidates for Beef Cattle Agribusiness Entrepreneurs on Lombok Island The purpose of the showcase technology for making Urea Molasses Mineral Salt Block (UMMGB) is to increase the motivation of young farmers in the field of beef cattle agribusiness on the island of Lombok. Partners in implementing the showcase technology are millennial groups of prospective beef cattle agribusiness entrepreneurs on the island of Lombok. The method used in the implementation of community service is a show case technology combined with direct face-to-face extension activities and the dissemination of information sheets for making UMMGB. The results of community service through showcase technology show that the level of knowledge of the participants has increased significantly from 13.79% to 91.38%. The number of skilled participants in making UMMGB also increased from 12.07% to 86.21%, even all degree participants wanted to make UMMGB after participating in technology degree activities. In conclusion, the technology degree is a very effective method of disseminating new technology to increase the knowledge, skills, and attitudes/interests of millennial prospective beef cattle agribusiness entrepreneurs in the manufacture of Urea Molasses Mineral Salt Block (UMMGB) as additional feed for beef cattle. The implementation of the UMMGB manufacturing technology degree is recommended to be disseminated as a new technology to improve the quality of beef cattle feed
