Optimizing Adolescent Reproductive Health Through School-Based Interactive Education at SMK KP Cicalengka
Adolescent reproductive health remains a complex and sensitive issue requiring effective and contextually relevant educational strategies. This study aims to enhance students' knowledge and awareness of reproductive health through a school-based interactive education program conducted at SMK KP Cicalengka. The methods applied included evidence-based participatory education, open discussions, and basic health examinations. Pre-test and post-test results indicated a significant improvement in students’ understanding of reproductive health issues. Moreover, students showed more positive attitudes and increased awareness of the importance of a healthy lifestyle. The basic health screening provided initial insights into students' physical health and encouraged self-reflection. This program supports the achievement of Sustainable Development Goals (SDG 3 and SDG 4) and demonstrates the effectiveness of participatory and contextual approaches in adolescent health education. Thus, the interactive educational program is suitable for broader implementation and further development
