Sosialisasi Dampak Keinginan Pindah Kerja (Turnover) Perawat Terhadap Kualitas Pelayanan Di Rumah Sakit Sekarwangi Kabupaten Sukabumi

Tujuan dedikasi pada warga ini merupakan buat sosialisasi akibat kemauan pindah kerja (turnover) Perawat Terhadap Mutu Pelayanan Rumah Sakit. Hingga aktivitas ini dilaksanakan di Rumah Sakit Sekarwangi Kabupaten Sukabumi dengan jumlah partisipan 20 orang. Tata cara yang dicoba merupakan tata cara ceramah serta dialog dengan modul tentang akibat kemauan pindah kerja (turnover) Perawat Terhadap Mutu Pelayanan Rumah Sakit. Hasil capaian kegiatan ini antara lain memberikan pemahaman kepada Pimpinan di rumah sakit akan dempak yang akan terjadi jika angka turnover yang tinggi dan memberikan solusi apa yang bisa dilakukan untuk mengatisipasi adanya keinginan pidah kerja (turnover) Perawat. Dari angket didapatkan hasil kalau ada perbedan pengetahuan saat sebelum serta setelah di bagikan sosialisasi akibat kemauan pindah kerja (Turnover) Perawat Terhadap Mutu Pelayanan di Rumah Sakit dengan nilai P- Value: 0, 000. Direkomendasikan aktivitas sosialisasi semacam ini bisa dicoba secara teratur baik di posisi yang sama ataupun berbeda, dengan topic lain yang bisa menunjang terjadinya mutu pelayanan keperawatan di Rumah Sakit lebih baik lagi.
Socialization Of The Impact Of Nurse Turnover On The Quality Of Services In Sekarwangi Hospital Sukabumi Regency
The purpose of this community service is to socialize the impact of nurses' turnover intentions on the quality of hospital services. So this activity was carried out at the Sekarwangi Hospital, Sukabumi Regency with a total of 20 participants. The method used is the lecture and discussion method with material about the impact of the desire to change jobs (turnover) of nurses on the quality of hospital services. The results of this activity include providing an understanding to the leadership at the hospital about the impact that will occur if the turnover rate is high and providing solutions for what can be done to anticipate the desire to switch jobs (turnover) of nurses. From the questionnaire, it was found that there was a difference in knowledge before and after being given the Socialization of the Impact of Nurse Turnover on the Quality of Service in Hospitals with a P-Value: 0.000. It is recommended that socialization activities like this can be carried out routinely in the same or different locations, with other topics that can support the formation of a better quality of nursing services in hospitals
