Analisis Manajemen Pengelolaan Obat Program Diare di Dinas Kesehatan Provinsi Nusa Tenggara Barat

Populasi Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di Instansi Farmasi Dinas Kesehatan Provinsi Nusa Tenggara Barat. Sampel Penelitian pengelola obat atau pegawai di Dinas Kesehatan Provinsi yang menangani logistik dan manajemen obat program diare, kepala bagian anggaran, panitia pengadaan, kepala Gudang dan petugas distribusi obat di Instansi Dinas Kesehatan Provinsi Nusa Tenggara Barat. Perencanaan pengadaan obat diare di Dinas Kesehatan Provinsi Nusa Tenggara Barat telah dilakukan sesui dengan SOP Pengadaan barang.Pengadaan Obat Diare diare dan obat pada umumnya di Dinas Kesehatan Provinsi Nusa Tenggara Barat di lakuan secra rutin dan bertahap.Penyimpanan Obat Diare di Di Dinas Kesehatan Provinsi Nusa Tenggara Barat, sudah memenuhi standarisasi aturan yang ada standar Penyimpanan (Permenkes No. 72 Tahun 2016). Proses diistribusi Obat Diare dilakukan dengan dasar mengcu pada data awal pengajuan obat tersebut, setelah data di verivikasi sesui kebutuhan awal maka dilakuan pendistribusi sesuai kebutuhan. Pencatat dan pelaporan Obat keluar-masuk obat termasuk obat diare dan obat pada umunya di Dinas Kesehatan Provinsi Nusa Tenggara Barat sudah malaui atauran dan prosedur yang ada dan mengacu pada Pedoman: (Permenkes No. 63 Tahun 2014).
This study was conducted at the Pharmaceutical Unit of the West Nusa Tenggara Provincial Health Office. The study sample consisted of drug managers or staff at the Provincial Health Office who handle logistics and medicine management for the diarrhea program, the head of the budgeting section, the procurement committee, the warehouse head, and medicine distribution officers at the West Nusa Tenggara Provincial Health Office. Planning for the procurement of diarrhea medicines at the West Nusa Tenggara Provincial Health Office has been carried out in accordance with the Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) for procurement of goods. Procurement of diarrhea medicines, and medicines in general, at the West Nusa Tenggara Provincial Health Office is conducted routinely and in stages. Storage of diarrhea medicines at the West Nusa Tenggara Provincial Health Office has met the existing standardization requirements for storage (Ministry of Health Regulation/Permenkes No. 72 of 2016). The distribution process for diarrhea medicines is carried out based on the initial medicine request data; after the data are verified according to the initial needs, distribution is conducted in line with those needs. Recording and reporting of medicines in and out, including diarrhea medicines and medicines in general, at the West Nusa Tenggara Provincial Health Office have followed the applicable rules and procedures and refer to the guideline (Permenkes No. 63 of 2014).
