Kecerdasan Buatan (AI) semakin diadopsi dalam manajemen sumber daya manusia untuk mendukung efisiensi dan inovasi organisasi. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengkaji peran AI dalam manajemen talenta serta dampaknya terhadap produktivitas karyawan di PT. Teknologi Kreasi Padang. Menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan desain studi kasus deskriptif, data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara semi-terstruktur, observasi partisipatif, FGD, dan studi dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa implementasi AI memberikan dampak positif dalam berbagai aspek, seperti otomatisasi administrasi, rekrutmen berbasis data, evaluasi kinerja yang transparan, serta pelatihan adaptif. AI juga berperan dalam menyelaraskan sistem kerja dengan ekspektasi Generasi Z, yang menghargai fleksibilitas, kejelasan etika, dan penggunaan teknologi yang intuitif. Namun, keberhasilan AI tidak hanya bergantung pada teknologinya, melainkan juga pada kesiapan organisasi dalam membangun ekosistem kerja yang etis, kolaboratif, dan inklusif. Penelitian ini memberikan implikasi praktis dan teoritis bagi perusahaan jasa digital dalam mengembangkan strategi manajemen SDM berbasis teknologi.
The Role of Artificial Intelligence and Talent Management in Employee Performance Productivity: A Case Study at PT. Teknologi Kreasi Padang
Abstract
Artificial Intelligence (AI) is increasingly adopted in human resource management to support organizational efficiency and innovation. This study aims to examine the role of AI in talent management and its impact on employee productivity at PT. Teknologi Kreasi Padang. Using a qualitative approach with a descriptive case study design, data were collected through semi-structured interviews, participatory observation, focus group discussions, and documentation analysis. The results indicate that AI implementation has a positive impact on various aspects, such as administrative automation, data-driven recruitment, transparent performance evaluation, and adaptive training. AI also helps align work systems with Generation Z’s expectations, who value flexibility, ethical clarity, and intuitive technology use. However, the success of AI depends not only on its technological capabilities but also on the organization's readiness to build an ethical, collaborative, and inclusive work ecosystem. This study provides both practical and theoretical implications for digital service companies in developing technology-based human resource strategies.
