Tingkat Aktivitas Fisik Peserta Didik Kelas 4 SDN 2 Loktabat Utara Banjarbaru

Kurangnya aktivitas fisik pada anak sekolah dasar bisa berdampak buruk pada kesehatan dan perkembangan mereka. Saat ini, banyak anak lebih sering bermain gadget, menonton televisi, atau bermain di dalam rumah dibandingkan bermain di luar. Penelitian ini ingin mengungkap faktor-faktor yang memengaruhi rendahnya aktivitas fisik pada anak sekolah dasar. Dengan memahami kondisi tersebut, diharapkan hasil penelitian dapat memberikan kontribusi dalam perumusan strategi atau program yang mendukung peningkatan aktivitas fisik peserta didik secara rutin dan terarah. Penelitian ini menerapkan pendekatan kuantitatif untuk menganalisis tingkat aktivitas fisik peserta didik kelas 4 di SDN 2 Loktabat Utara Banjarbaru dengan pengumpulan data melalui kuesioner Google Forms. Diperoleh hasil penelitian tingkat aktivitas fisik peserta didik kelas 4 SDN 2 Loktabat Utara Banjarbaru, didapat bahwa tidak terdapat peserta didik yang masuk dalam kategori sangat tinggi, dengan persentase sebesar 0%. Sebanyak 5 peserta didik (29,41%) berada pada klasifikasi tinggi, sedangkan 11 peserta didik (64,71%) termasuk dalam klasifikasi sedang. Sementara itu, hanya 1 peserta didik (5,88%) yang tergolong dalam klasifikasi rendah, dan tidak ada peserta didik yang termasuk dalam klasifikasi sangat rendah. ini menunjukkan berbagai macam kegiatan yang peserta didik jalani setiap hari. Di tahun 2025, sebagian besar peserta didik cenderung menghabiskan waktu dengan bermain game online melalui ponsel dibandingkan bermain di luar ruangan.
The Physical Activity Level of 4th Grade Students at SDN 2 Loktabat Utara Banjarbaru
Abstract
Lack of physical activity in primary school children can have a negative impact on their health and development. Nowadays, many children play gadgets, watch television, or play indoors rather than outside. This study aims to uncover the factors that influence low physical activity in primary school children. By understanding these conditions, it is hoped that the results of the study can contribute to the formulation of strategies or programmes that support the increase in physical activity of students in a routine and targeted manner. This study applied a quantitative approach to analyse the physical activity level of grade 4 students at SDN 2 Loktabat Utara Banjarbaru by collecting data through a Google Forms questionnaire. The results of the research on the level of physical activity of grade 4 students of SDN 2 Loktabat Utara Banjarbaru showed that there were no students in the very high category, with a percentage of 0%. A total of 5 students (29.41%) were in the high classification, while 11 students (64.71%) were included in the medium classification. Meanwhile, only 1 student (5.88%) was classified as low, and no students was classified as very low. this shows the wide range of activities that learners undergo every day. In 2025, most learners tend to spend time playing online games on their mobile phones rather than playing games.
