Model Multivariat Faktor Psikososial sebagai Penentu Keberhasilan Belajar Pendidikan Jasmani di Sekolah Menengah

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh motivasi, kepercayaan diri, kemandirian belajar, dan tanggung jawab personal–sosial terhadap hasil belajar Pendidikan Jasmani, Olahraga, dan Kesehatan (PJOK) pada siswa kelas X di Kecamatan Narmada. Penelitian menggunakan desain kuantitatif eks-post facto dengan melibatkan 202 siswa yang dipilih melalui teknik sampling Slovin dari dua SMA negeri. Data dikumpulkan menggunakan kuesioner berskala Likert yang tervalidasi untuk keempat prediktor psikososial serta dokumentasi nilai resmi mata pelajaran PJOK, kemudian dianalisis melalui statistik deskriptif, uji asumsi, regresi sederhana, dan regresi berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa keempat prediktor, motivasi (R² = 0,138), kepercayaan diri (R² = 0,076), kemandirian belajar (R² = 0,151), dan tanggung jawab personal–sosial (R² = 0,149), berhubungan positif dan signifikan dengan hasil belajar PJOK. Pada model multivariat, keempat prediktor secara simultan menjelaskan 20,6% variasi capaian PJOK (R² = 0,206), dengan kemandirian belajar dan tanggung jawab personal–sosial sebagai kontributor terkuat. Temuan ini menegaskan pentingnya penerapan strategi pembelajaran yang mendukung otonomi serta pendekatan Teaching Personal and Social Responsibility (TPSR) dalam PJOK untuk meningkatkan motivasi, kepercayaan diri, dan kemandirian siswa sehingga berdampak pada perbaikan hasil belajar. Penelitian ini berkontribusi pada penguatan bukti empiris mengenai determinan psikososial hasil belajar PJOK serta memberikan rekomendasi praktis bagi pengembangan pedagogi berbasis karakter di sekolah menengah Indonesia.
