Pelatihan Model Pembelajaran Abad 21 dengan Flipped Learning untuk Guru SMA

Perkembangan jaman menuntut dunia pendidikan untuk lebih siap dalam menghadapi pembelajaran abad 21. Keterampilan yang dibutuhkan pada pembelajaran abad 21 diantaranya adalah berpikir kritis, kreatif, kolaboratif dan komunikatif. Tujuan pelatihan ini adalah agar pendidik dapat menyiapkan peserta didiknya untuk mempunyai kemampuan ketrampilan abad 21, melalui model Flipped Learning. Flipped Learning adalah model pembelajaran dimana komponen pendukungnya bersifat dapat melatih peserta didik untuk menguasai keterampilan abad 21. Pelatihan dilakukan secara webinar kepada guru di seluruh Indonesia, sejumlah 110 peserta. Metode yang digunakan adalah ceramah dan diskusi, dengan langkah pemberian pemahaman, gambaran dan praktik baik dari model Flipped Learning Setelah pelatihan, dilaksanakan evaluasi terhadap pelasanaan kegatan dengan menggunakan instrumen angket. Hasil jawaban peserta diolah dengan statistik deskriptif dan diperoleh nilai rata rata 3.67. Nilai tertinggi pada kualitas nara sumber dalam menyampaikan materi yaitu sebesar 3.8 dan nilai terendah pada efisiensi waktu penyelenggaraan, yaitu sebesar 3.5. Kesimpulan yang didapat adalah pendidik menyadari pentingnya Flipped Learning dan timbul kebutuhan untuk menerapkannya, sehingga rekomendasi yang diajukan adalah adanya pelatihan lanjutan berupa workshop pembuatan bahan ajar.
21st Century Education Model Training with Flipped Learning for High School Teachers
The development of the era requires the world of education to be better prepared to face 21st-century Learning. The skills needed in 21st-century Learning include critical thinking, creativity, collaboration and communication. This training aims for educators to prepare their students to have 21st-century skills, namely the Flipped Learning model. Flipped Learning is a learning model where the supporting components can train students to master 21st-century skills. The training was conducted in a webinar with teachers throughout Indonesia, with 110 participants. The method used is lectures and discussions, with steps to provide understanding, descriptions and good practices from the Flipped Learning model. After the training, an evaluation of the implementation of activities is carried out using a questionnaire instrument. The results of the participant's answers were processed with descriptive statistics and obtained an average value of 3.67. The highest score for the quality of the resource person in presenting the material is 3.8, and the lowest score is for efficiency in organizing time, which is 3.5. The conclusion obtained is that educators are aware of the importance of flipped Learning and the need arises to apply it, so the recommendations put forward are further training in the form of workshops on making teaching materials.
