Pemberdayaan Masyarakat Melalui Peningkatan Keterampilan Mengelola Website bagi Kader Penggerak RW 04 Airlangga Surabaya

Sebagai bentuk dukungan terhadap upaya pemerintah kota Surabaya menuju Smart City, terutama Smart Society yang salah satu indokatornya adalah mendorong masyarakat untuk memiliki ketrampilan literasi digital, maka tim pelaksana merencanakan sebuah program pelatihan pembuatan website untuk masyarakat penggerak di RW 04 Kelurahan Airlangga. Upaya ini dilakukan untuk meningkat keterampilan dalam literasi digital masyarakat. Program ini bertujuan untuk memberikan keterampilan kepada masyarakat dalam membuat website dan memperkenalkan manfaat teknologi informasi dan internet untuk peningkatan branding usaha, organisasi dan citra diri bagi masyarakat. Program ini memiliki urgensi yang kuat untuk dilaksanakan, tidak hanya untuk meningkatkan keterampilan dan pengetahuan masyarakat dalam bidang teknologi informasi, namun juga untuk memberdayakan masyarakat dalam mengembangkan usaha mereka secara online. Metode pengumpulan data dalam kegiatan ini dilakukan dengan survei dan wawancara. Hasil dari survei menunjukkan 95 dari 110 orang kader penggerak belum menggunakan website untuk organisasi. Peserta pelatihan berjumlah 100 kader. Secara keseluruhan, 100% kader mampu membangun 100 website baik untuk tujuan individu, usaha, maupun organisasi sosial kemasyarakat dan merasa bahwa pelatihan berlangsung dengan baik, menyenangkan, berkesan, dan bermanfaat.
Empowering the Community Through Enhanced Skills in Managing Websites for Community Mobilizers in RW 04 Airlangga, Surabaya
In support of the Surabaya city government's efforts towards becoming a smart city, particularly fostering a smart society with a key indicator being the promotion of digital literacy skills, the implementation team has devised a website creation training program for the community activists in RW 04, Airlangga Village. This initiative aims to enhance the digital literacy skills of the community. The program is designed to impart skills to the community in website creation and introduce the benefits of information technology and the internet for enhancing business, organizational branding, and the self-image of the community. The program holds strong urgency for implementation, not only to elevate the skills and knowledge of the community in the field of information technology but also to empower them to develop their businesses online. Data collection methods for this activity include surveys and interviews. Survey results indicate that 90 out of 110 community mobilizer cadres have not yet utilized websites for organizational purposes. Overall, 100% of the cadres express their willingness to build websites for individual, business, and social community organization purposes and perceive the training as well-conducted, enjoyable, impactful, and beneficial.
