Pendidikan di era digital saat ini membutuhkan upaya yang lebih serius dalam mengelola dan menyimpan informasi, termasuk arsip sekolah. TK AL-Hikmah sebagai mitra, menghadapi tantangan dalam pengelolaan arsip yang efektif dan penggunaan Google Drive sebagai platform digital. Ketidakpahaman guru-guru dalam operasionalisasi arsip digital menjadi hambatan dalam peningkatan efisiensi dan produktivitas. Tujuan dari pendampingan dan pelatihan ini adalah memberikan peningkatan wawasan dan pengetahuan kepada guru-guru terkait pengelolaan arsip yang baik serta pengoperasian Google Drive. Selain itu, kegiatan ini bertujuan untuk menciptakan panduan sederhana yang dapat membantu guru-guru dalam mengatasi permasalahan operasional di lapangan. Metode yang digunakan melibatkan workshop, pelatihan interaktif, dan pendampingan langsung. Workshop difokuskan pada pengelolaan arsip digital dan penggunaan Google Drive. Pelatihan interaktif memberikan guru-guru kesempatan untuk langsung mengimplementasikan keterampilan yang mereka pelajari. Pendampingan langsung dilakukan untuk memastikan penerapan konsep di lapangan. Hasil pelatihan dan pendampingan menunjukkan peningkatan signifikan dalam pemahaman guru-guru tentang pengelolaan arsip digital. Guru-guru dapat dengan lebih efektif menyimpan, menata, dan mengakses arsip mereka. Selain itu, implementasi Google Drive membawa dampak positif dalam efisiensi organisasi. Pendampingan dan pelatihan arsip digital membuktikan memberikan manfaat yang besar bagi guru-guru di TK AL-Hikmah. Peningkatan keterampilan dalam pengelolaan arsip digital tidak hanya bermanfaat untuk pengembangan pribadi guru-guru tetapi juga mendukung kelancaran operasional sekolah secara keseluruhan. Untuk mengoptimalkan manfaatnya, perlu adanya panduan sederhana yang dapat menjadi acuan guru-guru dalam mengatasi permasalahan operasional sehari-hari. Dengan demikian, pemberdayaan guru-guru dalam pengelolaan arsip digital dapat menjadi model bagi institusi pendidikan lainnya.
Digital Archiving Training
Abstract
Education in the current digital era demands more serious efforts in managing and storing information, including school archives. TK AL-Hikmah, as a partner, faces challenges in effective archive management and the utilization of Google Drive as a digital platform. The lack of understanding among teachers in the operationalization of digital archives hinders improving efficiency and productivity. The objective of this mentoring and training is to provide an enhancement of insight and knowledge to teachers regarding proper archive management and the operation of Google Drive. Additionally, this initiative aims to create a simple guide to assist teachers in addressing operational issues in the field. The methods employed involve workshops, interactive training, and direct mentoring. Workshops focus on digital archive management and the utilization of Google Drive. Interactive training provides teachers with the opportunity to directly implement the skills they acquire. Direct mentoring is conducted to ensure the application of concepts in the field. The results of the training and mentoring demonstrate a significant improvement in teachers' understanding of digital archive management. Teachers can more effectively store, organize, and access their archives. Furthermore, the implementation of Google Drive has a positive impact on organizational efficiency. Mentoring and training in digital archiving are highly beneficial for TK AL-Hikmah's teachers. The enhanced skills in digital archive management not only benefit the personal development of teachers but also support the overall operational smoothness of the school. To optimize the benefits, developing a simple guide is essential to serve as a reference for teachers in addressing day-to-day operational challenges. Thus, empowering teachers in digital archive management can be a model for other educational institutions.
