Pelatihan Pengolahan Limbah Usaha Kecil Mengah Menjadi Bahan Makanan Yang Bernilai Ekonomi Di Desa Mulawarman Tenggarong Sebrang Kutai Kartanegara

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memberikan pelatihan kepada masyarakat desa Mulawarman bagaimana pengolahan limbah dari usaha kecil menengah menjadi makanan yang bernilai ekonomi di desa Mulawarman, dan membuka peluang kerja bagi masyarakat desa Mulawarman melalui pengolahan limbah dari usaha kecil menengah menjadi makanan. Jenis penelitian ini adalah pengabdian kegiatan masyarakat. Adapaun prosedur dalam penelitian ini yaitu Discovery, Dream, Design, dan Destiny. Peserta dalam pelatihan ini sebanyak 52 peserta yang terdiri dari ibu PKK masyarakat tenggarong sebrang samarinda yang telah memiliki UKM. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa diperoleh beberapa hasil limbah yang dijadikan sebagai bahan pangan bernilai ekonomi yaitu limbah air kelapa melalui beberapa proses menjadi starter, limbah kulit pisang melalui beberapa tahap proses menjadi nata de banana, kulit singkong melalui beberpa proses menjadi keripik kulit singkong, dan limbah jerami nangka melalui beberapa proses menjadi abon. Selain itu manfaat pelatihan pengolahan limbah UKM bagi Masyarakat di desa Mulawarman antara lain dapat membantu mengurangi limbah yang dihasilkan oleh kegiatan UKM, memberikan keterampilan dalam pengolahan limbah menjadi bahan pangan yang bernilai ekonomis, membuka kesempatan bagi masyarakat tenggarong sebrang dalam berbisnis.
Training Of Waste Processing From Smss Into Economic Value Food Materials In Mulawarman Village Tenggarong Sebrang Kutai Kartanegara
This study aims to provide training to the people of Mulawarman village how small waste processing becomes economically feasible in Mulawarman village. This type of research is community service . The procedures in this study are: Discovery, Dream, Design, and Destiny. Participants in this training were 52 participants consiting of the PKK women from the Tenggarong community across Samarinda who already have SMEs. The results showed that some waste products that were used as food with economic value were coconut water waste through several processes to become a starter, banana peel waste through several stages of processing into nata de banana, cassava peels through several processes into cassava peel chips, and straw waste. jackfruit goes through several processes to become shredded. In addition, the benefits of SME waste management training for the community in Mulawarman village, among others, can help reduce waste generated by SME activities, provide skills in processing waste into food that has economic value, open opportunities for the Tenggarong Sebrang community in doing business.
