Abstract

Stunting masih menjadi permasalahan kesehatan global yang berdampak terhadap kualitas sumber daya manusia, khususnya di negara berkembang. Pencegahan stunting tidak dapat dilakukan secara parsial karena dipengaruhi oleh berbagai faktor, seperti asupan gizi, pola asuh, kondisi sosial ekonomi, sanitasi lingkungan, serta akses terhadap layanan kesehatan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis determinasi perilaku kesehatan dalam pencegahan stunting melalui integrasi aktivitas fisik dan edukasi gizi. Metode yang digunakan adalah literature review dengan menganalisis 15 artikel ilmiah dari jurnal nasional dan internasional yang diperoleh melalui database Google Scholar, PubMed, dan ScienceDirect. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa pencegahan stunting memerlukan pendekatan yang terintegrasi antara intervensi gizi, edukasi kesehatan, aktivitas fisik, serta pemanfaatan teknologi digital. Edukasi gizi terbukti mampu meningkatkan pengetahuan dan kesadaran masyarakat, sementara aktivitas fisik berperan dalam mendukung pertumbuhan dan perkembangan anak. Namun demikian, integrasi aktivitas fisik dalam program pencegahan stunting masih belum optimal.
