Peran Guru Pendidikan Jasmani sebagai Agen Promosi Kesehatan di Sekolah: Tinjauan Literatur tentang Kompetensi dan Dampaknya terhadap Peserta Didik

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis peran guru pendidikan jasmani sebagai agen promosi kesehatan serta kompetensi dan dampaknya terhadap perilaku hidup sehat peserta didik. Penelitian menggunakan metode Systematic Literature Review (SLR) dengan menganalisis 15 artikel jurnal yang relevan dan dipublikasikan pada tahun 2015–2025. Proses pencarian artikel dilakukan melalui Google Scholar, Scopus, dan berbagai jurnal internasional menggunakan kata kunci yang berkaitan dengan guru pendidikan jasmani, promosi kesehatan, dan aktivitas fisik. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa guru pendidikan jasmani memiliki peran penting dalam meningkatkan aktivitas fisik, literasi kesehatan, motivasi belajar, dan perilaku hidup sehat peserta didik. Kompetensi profesional guru, seperti pengetahuan kesehatan, kemampuan pedagogis, komunikasi, dan pemanfaatan teknologi digital menjadi faktor utama dalam keberhasilan promosi kesehatan di sekolah. Selain itu, penggunaan media digital dan pendekatan pembelajaran inovatif terbukti mampu meningkatkan keterlibatan siswa dalam pembelajaran pendidikan jasmani. Dukungan lingkungan sekolah dan program sekolah sehat juga berpengaruh terhadap efektivitas implementasi promosi kesehatan. Dengan demikian, guru pendidikan jasmani memiliki posisi strategis dalam menciptakan lingkungan sekolah yang sehat dan mendukung perkembangan kesehatan peserta didik secara menyeluruh.
