Efektivitas Latihan Taktis Six-Shot Rallies terhadap Ketepatan Smash pada Peserta Ekstrakurikuler Bulu Tangkis Tingkat SMP: Studi Pra-Eksperimen Satu Kelompok

Latar belakang: Akurasi smash pada atlet muda sangat dipengaruhi integrasi footwork, pemosisian, kontrol raket, dan pengambilan keputusan. Reviewer menekankan perlunya pelaporan statistik yang lengkap, konsistensi istilah, serta penjelasan mekanisme dan keterbatasan. Tujuan: Menilai efektivitas latihan taktis six-shot rallies terhadap ketepatan smash siswa ekstrakurikuler bulu tangkis. Metode: Pra-eksperimen satu kelompok pada 10 siswa SMPN 4 Mataram. Intervensi berlangsung 4 minggu (12 sesi, 3 sesi/minggu). Variabel utama adalah skor akurasi berbasis target-zone (20 percobaan). Asumsi normalitas (Shapiro–Wilk) terpenuhi; analisis menggunakan paired t-test (?=0,05). Kendali kualitas mencakup penilai ganda (rerata skor), protokol feeder standar, serta standardisasi waktu/peralatan. Etik: izin sekolah, parental consent, dan assent siswa. Hasil: Rata-rata meningkat dari 66,50±5,36 (pretest) menjadi 86,40±4,93 (posttest); ?=+19,90 poin (?+29,9%). Perbedaan signifikan: t(9)=10,74; p<0,001; SE=1,85; 95% CI [15,71; 24,09]. Ukuran efek berpasangan sangat besar: Cohen’s d<sub>z</sub>=3,40. Pembahasan: Temuan selaras dengan rasional mekanistik bahwa peningkatan ketepatan muncul dari rangkaian footwork ? positioning ? sudut datang ? kontrol ayunan. Keterbatasan: Sampel kecil (n=10), desain tanpa kontrol, potensi efek belajar, variabilitas feeder, dan durasi singkat. Kesimpulan: Six-shot rallies efektif dan bermakna secara praktis untuk meningkatkan akurasi smash pada konteks reli pendek khas pemain muda. Disarankan studi terkontrol bersampel lebih besar dengan evaluasi retensi.
