Abstract

Bullying adalah tindakan agresif yang dilakukan secara berulang-ulang untuk menyakiti korban, perilaku bullying dapat menyebabkan dampak negatif terhadap tumbuh kembang anak baik dari segi mental, kecerdasan dan psikologis. Penelitian  ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis bentuk-bentuk perilaku bullying dalam interaksi sosial siswa di SMP Islam Darul Fikr, serta faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi perilaku bullying dalam interaksi sosial siswa di SMP Islam Darul Fikr. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan jenis penelitian studi kasus. Metode kualitatif yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini mendasarkan pada teori interaksi simbolik oleh george herbert mead. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini dilakukan melalui wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Informan penelitian meliputi pelaku bullying, korban bullying, guru di SMP Islam Darul Fikr, serta orang tua siswa. Kemudian teknik analisis data melalui empat tahap, yaitu pengumpulan data, penyajian data, kondensasi data, kesimpulan atau verifikasi. Pengecekan keabsahan data melalui tiga tahap yaitu triangulasi sumber, triangulasi teori, triangulasi metode. Hasil dari penelitian ini yaitu 1) bentuk-bentuk perilaku bullying di lingkungan sekolah SMP Islam Darul Fikr terdiri dari bullying fisik seperti terdapat pukulan dorongan sehingga korban merasa tersakiti, bullying verbal seperti adanya ejekan serta ancaman terhadap teman sebaya, bullying sosial seperti penyebaran gosip, serta mengucilkan korban. 2) faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi perilaku bullying yaitu a) faktor keluarga seperti kurangnya kasih sayang dan juga pola pendidikan yang keras, b) faktor ingkungan dan teman sebaya, c) serta faktor media sosial  seperti adanya penggunaan bahasa kasar serta adanya pengaruh konten negatif dari media sosial. Penelitian ini diharapkan dapat menjadi dasar bagi pengembangan strategi pencegahan bullying di sekolah dengan cara pendekatan edukatif, pembinaan karakter, serta keterlibatan aktif guru dalam mengawasi interaksi antar siswa

 Analysis of Bullying Behavior in Students Social Interactions at Darul Fikr Islamic Junior High School, Banyuanyar Village, Banyuanyar District

.Bullying is an aggressive act that is carried out repeatedly to harm the victim; bullying behavior can have negative impacts on a child's development in terms of mental, intelligence, and psychological aspects. This research aims to analyze the forms of bullying behavior in the social interactions of students at SMP Islam Darul Fikr, as well as the factors influencing bullying behavior in the social interactions of students at SMP Islam Darul Fikr. This research uses a qualitative approach with a case study type of research. The qualitative method used in this research is based on the symbolic interaction theory by George Herbert Mead. The data collection techniques in this study were conducted through interviews, observations, and documentation. The research informants include the perpetrators of bullying, the victims of bullying, teachers at SMP Islam Darul Fikr, and the students' parents. Then the data analysis technique goes through four stages, namely data collection, data presentation, data condensation, conclusion or verification. The validity of the data is checked through three stages: source triangulation, theory triangulation, and method triangulation. The results of this study are as follows: 1) forms of bullying behavior in the environment of SMP Islam Darul Fikr school include physical bullying such as hitting and pushing, causing the victim to feel hurt; verbal bullying such as mockery and threats towards peers; social bullying such as spreading gossip and ostracizing the victim. 2) The factors influencing bullying behavior are a) family factors such as lack of affection and harsh educational patterns, b) environmental and peer factors, c) and social media factors such as the use of harsh language and the influence of negative content from social media. This research is expected to serve as a foundation for the development of bullying prevention strategies in schools through educational approaches, character building, and the active involvement of teachers in supervising student interactions
